Customer service is great
Updates review: I am adding stars because the company was very proactive in righting the problem. They worked with me on making it right and looking into manufacuring issues that may have caused my issues.Original review: Just got these today and washed them and they just completely frayed and fell apart in the wash. Absolute garbage. I bought the all white ones and they didn’t have an issue.

Very soft and absorbent washcloths
Got these to use as washcloths for our baby. I love how absorbent it is, however I wish it was just a smidge more absorbent. They're super soft and likely would buy more if I needed more. Contemplating getting these for burp cloths myself since they're more absorbent than some of the muslin burp cloths on Amazon. They did shrink a tiny bit during the drying but I think I accidentally dried on high heat as opposed to delicate with our other baby laundry. Overall a really good product!

pretty thin
I bought other brand as well. This brand is thinner to compare with the other brand. I guess you get what you paid for.However, it's still very gentle on the skin and really comfortable to use it. I just don't believe it will last long.

Soft and absorbent
These are great washcloths and glad I found them. It's hard finding good soft washcloths for my face. These are perfect.

Very disappointed
I order baby towels for my face thinking they would be Super Soft, but these are not soft AT ALL. Disappointed!!!

Very Soft, Perfect for Faces
Great to wash baby up from feedings. I love how soft they are and have stayed through washings.

Good quality and nice pastel colors
Soft and perfect size. Used as burp cloths for my infant.
