This product has a subtle shimmer to it. The "sparkly" particles are so small that it does not have any "glitter" look to it. I am 70 years old and use it to highlight under my eyebrows and under my eyes. One downside, half of the orders of this I have made have arrived crumbled. Amazon will replace them once. One of those was crumbled, too.

I use this shadow every day to brighten my inner eye. I get compliments on it all the time and how pretty it is. I bought 4 and all 4 arrived in perfect condition and not broken. I agree the packaging was not that great but guess I was lucky in receiving the product undamaged.

I was hoping to get an eyeshadow that was more khaki green/grey to accent my green eyes. This is okay for the price though if I blend it with a lighter color.

Good quality, but has a shimmer to it. Sort of like fine glitter. Was hoping for matte/no sparkle.

I was expecting a matte finish. I am too old to wear glistening. The color is pefect though. Beautiful soft blue. I will keep and try to usse another matte finish eye color to diffuse the shiney finish. Too littl $ wise to fool with return. I do like the color,

Finally I found my perfect neutral shade for my eyes makeup. It's perfect for my light to medium neutral complexion. It's buildable and believe me so pretty and natural looking. Recommended!

Unfortunately this shade does not live up to the color on Amazon's listing. It is much lighter, more of a light beige/tan. Wish it was like the color I thought I was buying. :(
