Can this be used in an outside bar? and left out?

The unit should not be used in damp locations or adjacent to heat sources (BBQ's, Grills, Pool Heaters, Pool Pumps etc). This unit uses a sold state cooling module that cools to a fixed range below ambient temperature of approx. 25F below ambient temperature. As such if it's 80F outside - the unit will cool to approx. 55F.
