Focus Factor has been a staple in our house or a few years now. Now being a little more older or seasoned it helps with focus and attention and there have been no ill effects. My husband and I have been using this product and are happywith the results . It doesn't make your mind perfect, but it definitely helps with keeping focus and alertness.
