This stuff tastes terrible. I even tried fixing it with my protein mix and the rYou can still taste it. I don't know that it gives me an energy boost. I cannot get past the taste.

Great product, I've been buying this product for a while now.

I think the taste is pretty good on this product. I was using it intermittently for a while and then I started using it consistently every day of the week. When I had my annual bloodwork done, turns out my liver enzymes were through the roof. I stopped taking it for a month and my liver came back to normal. This may not happen with everyone, but I would be cautious about the effects on your liver.
