Which makes the "sleep number" BS useless. Now the connector on the end of the ...
We purchased several of these mattresses before we discovered a design flaw in the connection between the air hose and the air chamber. When we moved we had to disassemble the mattress. In disconnecting the air tube from the mattress the nipple on the air chamber would break at the o-ring. Initially we repurchased new air chambers as we thought it was a one time defect. It's not. As replacing mattresses became expensive we started to repair them by cutting off the valves and gluing on bicycle tube tire valves. Which makes the "sleep number" BS useless. Now the connector on the end of the air tube is failing on mattresses that still have nipples. We just called to see if we could get replacement connectors and were informed that we would have to purchase the entire air pump at a cost of $355 to get a $0.10 part.I would give this product a 0 star if it were possible. I hope that this saves you the hassles we've had with these mattresses. If you're still considering purchasing them. I strongly recommend you look at the air chamber and air tube connection.

Best night sleep, ever.
This bed is awesome. My wife and I get a really great night sleep. I hate to get out of it in the morning.It is made really well and is so easy to put up. It only took about 20 minutes to get it put together and inflated.My wife's back ached every single morning, but no complaints now. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had an issue with the pump the first day ...
We had an issue with the pump the first day. One side of the bed would not stay inflated. I contacted customer service and was sent out a new pump and we returned the first pump. The second pump has not had any issues. We are really enjoying the bed.

This a great bed. It is equal to other air beds at a lot higher prices.My wife and I bought sleep better then a regular mattress. Highly recommend it,

Best mattress we've ever bought-and we've bought thousands of $'s worth of mattresses try to get one that I can actually sleep on as I have serious lower back issues. We love this mattress,now I can sleep through the night,I may turn over a time or two,but that's as good as it gets for me-before we got this I would only sleep about 4-5 hrs a night on any mattress we've ever had,then I had to get out of it because my back was hurting so bad.We bought a bamboo 2" topper for our king a-4 mattress and it's just perfect for both my wife and I.Very easy set-up,takes about 30 min.Took awhile to figure our what setting is best but by far the best thing I've ever done for my over all health and well being was to buy this mattress -first time in about 25 yrs that I can actually sleep 7-8 hrs ea. night and wake with minimal pain.
