O’Creme Round Gummy Candy Silicone Mold for Chocolate Truffles, Ganache, Jelly, Candy, Pralines, and Caramels

I really like this mold. I needed this size for a specific reason and this fits the bill. The shape however, due to the ridges on the sides does make it smudge a bit when coming out of the mold. I have a system now that I put it in the freezer for a bit and then take them out and that helps a lot, even still, I do get a few smears. Otherwise, it is a great mold, high quality, easy to clean and I am happy and pleased with the end product! I am not using this for chocolate, so maybe it would be cleaner if it were chocolate coming out of the mold.

Every year for Christmas, I made hard rock candy. I never loved making it on a cookie sheet and cracking it as I felt the sharp edges created using this method were potentially dangerous so I purchased one of these molds. . only to realize that one was not enough. I now own four and will never go back to making candy on a cookie sheet. I sprinkle a minimal amount of powdered sugar on them. . .fill them with the hot liquid, let it set, then pop them out! Love these. . did I mention I now have 4! They make the perfect size candy disc (I have four because that is how many one recipe for the candy require). Love them!

I have seven of their molds and they are always fantastic for hard candies. Easy to remove and this one is the perfect size for cinnamon discs.

I returned this before ever trying it, $24 for a single piece, My mistake I didn't scroll way down to see that, but seriously is it gold infused? Yeah nope too pricey for me.

I bought this mold to make my honey drops. I didnt realize it has this center grove in the sides of the mold. I thought the sides were completely 90 degree straight. They still came out ok and of course they popped out of the molds crazy easy. May make chocolate discs for the holidays too.

I was looking for a smaller mold for my cheesecake bites, and this one fits perfectly. It is a quality silicon mold, some mold are very thin, but his one is well built. Each rectangle holds 1 tbsp (15ml) which them a single bite for most folks. I liked it so much I bought a second one!

$30 for a mold seemed pretty steep, but it's definitely a quality product. The silicone is thick enough that you don't have to worry about tearing, but flexible enough to release easily. Ended up having to return because the cavities are bigger then I was expecting, but I would definitely order again if I ever found myself needing that size.
