It looks nice, not stunning, but the cheap feeling in the hand is left to be desired.
I didn't buy this from amazon, I bought it from their website in 2022. I wanted a cup with a touch of class for my cappucinos and lattes to serve guests: I wanted something hand crafted and artisanal. I noticed that this company was based in Canada, and the product looked really good in their website. I ordered it and later checked the tracking, I was surprised that it originated from China. Yup, regretted it immediately. This is a mass produced cup that has really thin glass which is very light and fragile, and it feels really cheap. It doesn't feel good to hold at all. I was lucky to receive two perfect specimens without defect and it survived international shipping. It does keep the coffee warm longer but not as much as a proper heated thick glass or ceramic cup. I have this for 3 years still but with light use since I prefer my heavier cups from NotNeutral, which has heft and always feels amazing to hold, and also made in the USA.

Beautiful cups, beware of the small hole at the bottom
Bought a set of two of these. Beautiful cups, we enjoy using them every time. Unfortunately whatever is used to cover the bottom hole isn't that durable. It's gone from one of our glasses. Now the glass is stuck with dirty water inside of it.
