Gold N HotProfessional Ionic Detachable Hair Dryer and Styler

I bought it as a replacement to my Gold N Hot styler dryer with the comb attachments. I'd had it maybe 12-15 years, it's been so long that I've lost track. It still worked but when the case around the plug cracked it was no longer safe to use. As much as I loved that dryer I decided to try one that didn't need replacement combs. So far, so good.I've used it 3 times. I didn't want to review after one use so here we go... I am African American with thick "4C" shoulder blade length hair. Surprisingly the dryer is much lighter than expected. The brush isn't too bulky to get my hair straight from roots to ends. Some reviewers complained about the noise but I always dry on low so noise is not an issue for me. Perhaps I should have tried high for the sake of the review.My hair dries nicely and it even appears to be a little longer because it's much more sleek and the ends are way smoother than before. My hair even seems to retain moisture better and overall it looks healthier without dry, frizzy ends. My hair dried very quickly with the first use so I timed the second and third uses. I went from 35-40 minutes to 22 minutes so it definitely saves time.My only complaint is that the paint wore off very quickly. The padlock icon wiped off with the first use, and the settings are barely visible after the third use. It's not a big deal since I'm familiar with how to use it but a small annoyance nonetheless. Still, I highly recommend this dryer.

This blow dryer brush was perfect for my daughter's very thick hair. Works well and highly recommend this product.

I used this for my girls along with the Nora Jane detangling brush, and I can’t believe I’m actually excited for our next wash day! My girls are 9 & 7, and they didn’t flinch or cry once, unlike all the other times I’ve washed their hair. This got their 4c hair really straight. I’ve been telling all my friends. Wish I knew about this sooner!

As a woman with natural hair blow drying can become a daunting task. The Gold N Hot brush dryer cut my blowing time in half! I particularly like that it isn't bulky like other blow dryers and that it glides easily through my hair without any pulling. I would suggest this brush dryer.

I was very skeptical when i purchased the product however, once I used it I fell in love with a dryer brush. I have what is called 4C hair, not loose curls, not so tight curls. I straightened my hair enough for me not to have to go over it with a flatiron just to trim the ends.So being able to use less heat and less stress on my hair was a huge plus for me.

The writings on the side for the speed levels came off on first use like it was written with a dry erase. It has to get hot all over again everytime you restart it and takes a long time to get hot, also the bristle brushed end up getting burned from the heat. Would not recommend to buy

Love everything about this dryer. Wish i bought long ago. Makes hair drying quicker and easier. Will never return to older dryer.+ Drys without tangles.+ Gets hair straight.+ Has a cool setting.+ Lower noise than older dryer.+ Wide paddle brush for maximum coverage area.

I have longer, very thick hair that usually takes about 15 minutes with a blow dryer and then another 20 minutes or longer with a flat iron, this cuts my time down so much!! When I'm done with this all I have to do is run the flat iron over my hair just to smooth it out. Definitely would recommend!
