I liked how easy this was to install, how it worked exactly as described. Pretty much works like an actually touchscreen. Blends in relatively well with the tv.The only draw back to be aware of is if you use the TV’s stock IR remote, the signal Line of sight is hampered slightly. I have a Samsung tv and I just have to angle the remote from the bottom to operate the tv. Most people probably use a ROKU OR Alexa fire stick that will not be effected for tv operation. I’d buy it again and recommend anyone who needs / wants a large tv as a computer monitor.

We used this on a 65" TV monitor at a convention, for attendees to use on an interactive schedule. It worked very well. No issues at all.

1st off, this came packaged very professionally. The instructions were VERY easy to follow, and I had it on in under 30 minutes. So far works great. Nothing against China but everything so far exceeds my expectations. UPDATE ..... stopped working on my windows 11 PC. It's not the frame because I plugged it into my 2nd PC (Win 10) and it works fine. Be careful with Win 11. Very frustrating.

The sensor unit was shipped in a PVC tube, very well packed and secured. It comes unassembled, but assembly includes the screwdriver you need and takes 2 minutes basically putting in 8 screws and following super easy visual directions. I placed it on the monitor to test it, plugged it into my computer, and it worked instantly. No drivers, no calibration, nothing like that. It's very accurate, if I had an issue it's that there is a split second delay for the touch to register, it's slower than native touchscreens like on a cellphone, tablet, or touchscreen PC, but it's still very usable and you forget about it pretty quickly. It detects anything that breaks the sensor field, so the object touching the screen doesn't need to be bare skin or anything like that. I ended up using the thin end of a chopstick with no problem. It comes with mounting tape to put the sensor frame on the monitor but it's so light a little tape on the corners goes a long way. I'm very satisfied.

I generally do not write such poor reviews. This product ranks as one of the most disappointing purchases I have made. The calibration on the bottom of the screen is off by an inch on a 27 inch monitor. The tool bar on macOS and Windows are not accessible for touch. Calibration could not fix it.. Calibration is variable. It is good in the center and most of the sides but impossible close to the bottom and the top of the screen. It is basically unusable.Additionally, the website advertises a driver available from Apple. Apple does not have a driver available for touch screens according to Apple support. The only only compatible driver I could find is from Touch-Base. it's a good software package but will set you back $110.00.I tried this touch screen on two different computes with 27" monitors. One an Asus Art Pro and the other a Dell. It had the same exact problems on both. I do not recommend this product. I returned it to Amazon for a refund.

I have a 43" 4K TCL Monitor that I got from Walmart and this worked perfectly with it. It was easy to assemble and I didn't need any drivers for Windows 10. It adds about 6mm to the frame, but my wife didn't notice that I had installed it until I was moving windows around with my finger. Windows 10 comes with a calibration program, but for me, the size matched so well that I didn't need to calibrate. And thanks to the Windows 10 drivers, it works at different resolutions (4K, 1080p, etc.).In my case the TCL frame is relatively thin, so I need a lot more double-sided tape than they describe in the instructions (they do provide a good amount of double-sided tape with the frame.After my successful experiment at home, we'll probably be getting these for our office conference rooms. A $190 frame on a $250 4K monitor beats getting a 43" touch screen monitor for $2200...

Assembly couldn't have been easier, my main concern was the software. It says it works with Mac, but in the instructions it says to download a UDPP driver. I downloaded the driver from the first Google result for "udpp driver" and it worked perfectly. I did the double-bear-claw test where I dragged all 10 fingers across a testing interface that came with the driver, and I was so excited by how well it worked that I stopped what I was doing to write this product review.Fits almost exactly onto a 40" samsung TV. I am so excited that this piece of my project has come together so easily.

I would've given it 5-star rating yet the double sided tape provided is a piece of junk. It's probably the least important part of this wonderful device but you need a tape to mount it on the computer. Had to run to Hope Depot and get it. It's installed really easily and work exactly as expected.

Está excelente para lo que lo compré, que es contar con una pizarra electrónica basada en Windows. Sin embargo quisiera poder usarla con el roku de mi tcl roku y con mi Android TV, pero no he encontrado como instalarle el driver adecuado. Si alguien sabe como hacerlo se lo agradecería mucho.

El producto llegó antes de lo que esperaba, llegó empaquetado perfectamente y super protegido. El ensamble y colocación lleva cuando mucho media hora, muy fácil e intuitivo. Una vez conectado, inmediatamente empieza a trabajar. Desafortunadamente hubo un detalle con el sistema, al apagar el equipo y volverlo a prender, se perdía la conexión con el marco. Me puse en contacto con el equipo de soporte y me resolvieron el problema de forma muy profesional y atenta. Excelente producto y servicio.

Inutilizzabile! Avevo scritto al venditore che la cornice mi serviva per modificare il mio TV UE46ES7000 in touch screen, ma quando l'ho montata mi sono accorto che questa oscurava la camera del televisore e il sensore IR per il telecomando.
