I have a favourite UK brand I used for the last ten years, but it is not easily available in the US, so I was looking for an alternative with similar additional components beyond just whey powder. This came as a close match and Wahlberg's name helped to convince me to give it a try.Only using it for a week or so, so only initial impressions I am giving here, not long term use effects.Taste:I did follow the instructions and I only ever use water, with that it still tastes too strong, like a coffee with too much stevia in it.Since I like lighter flavor, I now add double the water so the sweetener taste is a bit better, but that stevia aftertaste still bothers me.I diluted it in cold green tea, to increase bitterness, and supress the sweetener taste, but it is still there. I wish they quit adding the sweet flavor into completely good products to ruin it here in the US.Additional note: I figured out how to get rid of the stevia aftertaste: I use quarter of the recommended amount (practically means half the powder in double the liquid), and used milk alternatives, altogether it solved the aftertaste problem, so I changed this review to 5 stars, as now the taste is great and this will last even longer this way.It dissolves well, very little clumping if at all. It gives the boost it claims, thanks to the actual caffeine content. It gives 25 g of protein with 1 g sugar per scoop.I will get to the bottom of the tub, but will try another brand or unflavored next time in my quest to replace my beloved PhD Diet Whey.

This is the first Protein Powder Mix I have ever tasted that honestly didn't taste chalky or leave a nasty grimy feeling on your tongue. I ordered 2 other Protein Powder mixes prior to ordering this one because I am new to using products like this and so wasn't sure which product I should go for. I wished I had ordered Performance Inspired Protein Powder first because that would have saved me a lot of money wasted on the other products. I will definitely continue to buy this product as well as the other items that is offered in this Product Brand like their cookies. If you are considering trying this product but are not sure, take a chance with it and you won't be disappointed. Plus, a bonus is that the HOT and SUPER TALENTED Mark Wahlberg is associated with this product, that alone makes it worth trying.

I have been using the whey protein for awhile now in my daily walks/hikes and it is very effective and clean. This product is easy to mix - I use a shakerbottle - and tastes great. I would also recommend the multi vitamins.

Update 6/15/2021Still use this every day. Taste has been very consistent the past few months. Works well for my goals.Update: I’ve been getting inconsistencies between orders. Different size containers with slightly larger scoops. Taste is different too. Still using it for now.Original Review:I had been looking for a whey protein that didn't hurt my stomach. In the past I had to stick to plant based. I saw a video of Mark Wahlberg mentioning the products and I was intrigued by the digestive enzymes that were included as well as the green tea. I really enjoy the taste (I've only tried the vanilla) and I don't get any digestive issues from it. I'll continue to use this as long as it's available at a reasonable price.

3 stars for the company which I trust it's owner. It ses that the protien itself is good, but I won't rebuy a product that uses anything but regular suger to sweeten. All these sweeteners are destroying the flavor. Use less suger or None at all, but I don't need an alternative! Damn the time they discovered sweetners!

I used to exclusively buy Performance Inspired products from my grocery store in Iowa, but I've recently moved to Texas and couldn't find it anywhere here. I bought from Amazon and the shipping was fast and friendly (it even arrived a week before the predicted delivery date). They also included a free protein bar sample (peanut butter & chocolate).I prefer PI because of the natural ingredients and their commitment to charities. The flavors are on-point as well.I like the Diet and Energy variation because of the low sugar (1g). It's sometimes hard to find a quality protein powder that doesn't have a bunch of sugar in it.I'll definitely continue supporting this brand. [Not a shill] :)

Performance Inspired supplements are the best I’ve found. I especially like the protein shakes for a pre workout or post workout to repair faster. Other protein shakes don’t come close.

I bought this after seeing its Mark Wahlbergs brand and that it gives you energy. I’ve had a lot of different varieties of proteins but this one is plug your nose and slam it! You can taste the energy powder in it! Great idea but horrible mix and that’s probably why you don’t see a lot of proteins like this.
