This is very tasty Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
This is very tasty Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) and in glass bottle too, which I prefer every time over plastic. I use it for dressings, pouring and adding to scrambled eggs etc. It's got a mild smell, not very fruity, and not as peppery or fruity as some I have had but tasty nonetheless. It has a very mild or slight kick at the back of the throat if you take it directly from a spoon (I have a tablespoon daily), indicating that polyphenols are present. This I have learned is a sign of high-quality extra virgin olive oil so very happy. Trouble is, it is hit or miss when this product is available. Out of stock when I tried to order it...again
