Does this item come with a warranty? How do I tell if it's covered by Amazon's warranty?

I don't recall if it came with a warranty, not sure what you'd need covered though but suggest you contact the seller direct who should be able to clarify. It's a lovely little cafeteria and I use it every day at work.

Where can I buy a replacement glass for the one cup

The smallest bodum size is the 3 cup/0.35 L coffee maker (3 cups is equivalent to 3 espresso cups). For this coffee maker you would need the 3 cup replacement glass.
