The AU-MMSA supports 3-pole (TRS) microphone plugs only. If your headset uses a 4-pole TRRS plug, you will need a TRRS-to-TRS splitter to use the microphone function.

Is this compatible with Xbox consoles (Xbox One, Series X/S)?

No. Xbox consoles do not support standard USB audio adapters unless they are officially licensed. The AU-MMSA will not function as an audio device on Xbox systems.

Does the microphone input support stereo audio?

No. The microphone input supports mono input, which is standard for 3.5mm mic jacks on USB audio adapters.

Can I use this with my Mac or Windows PC without installing drivers?
