Would this fit a pint milk bottle (4) in stood upright please?

I don't think so I have not got a bottle to try but it would fit the 1 pint plastic ones :( from the supermarkets.

Yes. Perfect for it. I find after 24 hours the bottom is still liquid and can get a great 2.5/3 inch deep ice slab

The internal usable space is 22cm wide, 15.7cm front to back and 14cm tall. The external dimensions are 25cm wide (26.5cm if you include the handle), 18.8cm front to back (20.5cm if you fold the handle down) and 18cm tall (with the handle folded down).

Can we keep 2 bottles of pasturised milk in this outside, as our milk gets delivered early and we are both at work

No - it's not big enough. It's very good but very small. It will just about hold a packet of sandwiches and 1 small can of a drink and a freezing slab. It's a personal packed lunch box. I got it to collect pre-filled syringes from the hospital of my medication which has to be kept refrigerated at all times. It will just hold 12 syringes and two freezer blocks and there is no spare room for anything else.
