Q: Will all Brio/Thomas&Friends trains fit under the bridge?

Brio certainly will. I would be surprised if Thomas's don't. The height under the bridge is 4.8cm

Q: Is this compatible with Thomas tracks??

Yes it is, but because the ascending and descending tracks don't have indents like the Thomas tracks, the battery powered trains suffer from slight loss of traction. Still a favourite piece of my son's collection!

Q: Is this entire piece made of wood or is there plastic too?

The rail track pieces are made out of wood. The grey supports and brown collapsing parts are made out of plastic.
