Yes; it is made of a resin material so I would imagine it is weatherproof.

How do you fix it to wall? Does it have something on the back?

It has an indented hole at the back of each wing which can be hung on two nails or screws. Hope that makes sense.

Can this be painted? if so do you think it would look ok in gold paint for my garden wall?

Yes you could paint it, I sprayed a radiator with gold paint, it looked a bit trashy and then I went for a more bronze shade and it looks great. This is a nice wee piece, it’s in my bathroom but would look great in a garden.
