Why did you choose this product over others?:I bought this along with some pumice to scrape the limescale and didn’t need the pumice. We have a disgusting outside toilet that was never used except by my husband in desperate moments. It was stained dark brown and normal toilet cleaning didn’t work and I thought we needed a new toilet. As a last ditch attempt I bought this due to the good reviews. I initially poured half the bottle in and left it several hours and gave it a go with the toilet brush and there was a marked difference. I then put in the other half a bottle and left it overnight with visits in the day to scrub the sides with the toilet brush. It’s now completely clean. This is amazing stuff and I would buy again if ever needed.

I live in a very hard water area (330mg/L) which means I use limescale removing products weekly. I usually resort to Viakal or CIF bathroom cleaner, both work fairly well. I was keen to try this product given the reviews.Pros:- Works effectively against limescale: I left my shower head bathing in a mixture of water and this HG limescale remover for a few hours, limescale was very successfully removed. I then poured the remnants of the liquid (used for the shower head) into the kettle and that worked wonders, all limescale gone.Cons:- Whilst it is excellent at removing limescale, it doesn't leave metallic surfaces as shiny as CIF bathroom cleaner, so after using this HG limescale remover around my kitchen sink, I did a final pass with CIF.

Very very good. My toilets was sow bad. This product clean it all. Highly recommend

I have tried many many products to try to remove a stubborn limescale ring around my loo, none of them shift it. When using this you can visibly see it eroding and breaking down the limescale. With this and a bit of elbow grease it worked brilliantly, I will only use this from here onwards.

Did the job but not really any better than a top brand from the supermarket.

This is exceptionally brilliant product does exactly what it says on the bottle. It can remove black stains from toilet due to limescale. It’s just the most amazing stuff.
