These are a great way to get electrolytes without a messy powder. Also, in this form, its pre-measured. Good flavor, they donʻt taste too sugary. These are great for anytime when you feel like you need electrolytes, but I use them for backpacking. They stand up to being in my pack and donʻt melt in the heat or freeze hard in the cold.

These are delicious and effective in their intended purpose, so I decided I should keep buying them. However, they were $11.99 when I bought them on 6/3/2023. Now they’re $19.99 (06/28/2023). I don’t want to pay this much for 60 gummies (or worry about the price jumping up again or yo-yo-ing). You’ve lost an otherwise guaranteed repeat customer.

The humidity in Michigan has been a killer this summer. While I carry water when I run, I was looking for something extra to help with lost electrolytes. These seem to do the trick. When my legs are feeling tired or crampy, these usually do the trick (10 minutes or so after I take them). Idk how many you're suppose to take but I alternate a couple of these gummies with energy gels every 45-60 minutes of run time during long runs.
