Well made, easy to use
I wanted to try stereo recording with two microphones and this seemed like a good solution. Very happy with the quality and ease of use.

Simple, Flexible, easy to setup and great quality.
It’s simple but extremely quick to setup, flexible and excellent quality. Used it several times with Rode paired microphones and had excellent results recording and amplifying choirs. This little bar enabled me to do that with one mic stand reducing complex setups. Great product.

As with ALL Rode gear this is great, perhaps a little overpriced
As with ALL Rode gear this is great, perhaps a little overpriced. At least you can tighten the mics so they don't spin round, which is more than you can do with the K&M bar

A great compliment to the stereo bar
An essential bit of kit if you want to use the Rode stereo bar, well built, strong and pivots over a wide angle. My only negative comment is the 3/8" is a little bit short for some applications, however you can remove one of the locking rings to overcome the issue.

Should've bought one years ago
This has transformed my drum recording as I had been suffering from phase issues. Really nice design, extremely easy to use.

Rode Stereo Bars... are a must have!
Really pleased with the Rode Stereo Bar. Strong construction, lightweight and the pre determined angle markers make correct placement of mics simple for XY and ORTF configurations. I am already seeing the benefits of having these in my tool kit.

3 times the price of the K&M, and it's plastic.
The Amazon description claims this stereo bar is of 'robust metal construction', whereas it is plastic. There is no justification for the price. It is about 0.75" longer than the K & M and has some slightly useful markings on it, but beyond that it is over-hyped. Given that you may have £4000 of mics up there, I do not have confidence in the attachment of the stand mounting bush to the plastic.
