I purchased these even though I did not like the reviews of other products of the same caliper. I tried these without instructions because it seemed that easy. I had three different sizes, started with the largest size. I found I did not need the largest and so went with the small size. I had immediate results. My husband walked in the room and said what did you do! I said I had a nose job. I took before / after pics. Excuse the before picture I look sleepy, but it does show a difference. Easy to use , I went through Amazon and found the cheapest for value, I don't know that I would use these as a gift. But it did help my big nose by narrowing it and make it more sharp & shapely.

I thought I was going to rip my nostril trying to put the smallest one in. There's a reason I bought these. I have a tiny nose. My nostrils are like a child's. So, I squeezed the arch together and tried to force it up one nostril. I could only manage to get one end in and tried to push the other end up in vain. Then I panicked because I thought it was stuck at an angle. I barely managed to pull it back out with the tool they provided. It hurt and scared me to death. It was like a pelvic exam on a 5-year-old.

I gave it four stars only because it works and gives you an instant nose lift, but only if you can keep them inside the nose. It is very uncomfortable, and I could keep them in for less than a minute. So, try it if you want but I'm sure you will not tolerate them inside the nose. So the solution is to save some money and do a nose rhinoplasty.

Please don't buy this product it's unsafe and dangerous. It goes up into your nostrils and it's difficult to remove.

I have like a REALL droopy nose and I used the biggest nose piece and OH MY GOD it looks like I have a nose job. Not gonna talk about the side profile..lol.. BUT it looks REALLY good.

please I was so looking forward to this. IF SOMEONE WERE TO HIT YOUR NOSE ON ACCIDENT AND THESE WERE INSIDE IT WOULD HURT SO BAD!! if you have SMALL NOSE HOLES PLEASE DO NOT BUY!! Once I had put in the smallest size yes IT FIT BUT IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IF I TOUCHED IT TO MUCH MY NOSE WOULD BECOME VERY SENSITIVE WOULD SNEEZE ALOT AND A BUNCH OF BOOGERS!! IT WAS SO HARD TO GET OUT!!! EVEN WITH THE TOOL I HAD TO USE MY OWN FINGERS TO GET IT OUT!!!

I fell for yet another TikTok item. The concept seems good but trying to put them on is hard and scary. And taking them off is even scarier I felt like I was pushing it further back in. It’s a no for me maybe I’m just not using them right
