It’s a great tool for removing clutches from chainsaw and trimmer engines. I could have probably made a tool, but based on the price, I decided to buy the tool. It’s well made and worked great removing the clutch from an old string trimmer.

I easily used this on my broken Husqvarna 128LD clutch that I purchased last year. Tool looks and feels solid. It is made to fit a 3/4” wrench or socket.

This fits the Craftsman 16 inch, 36 cc chain saw.Another tool, the piston stop, is needed to remove the centrifugal clutch assembly.

This clutch removal tool is nicely machined, has a good finish, and is manufactured to the proper specifications to actually fit the two-pin style clutches. I have had no issues with it in service for about seven weeks in a full-time, small engine shop.
