Q: Is the exterior of this refrigerator hot?

All compressor cooled refrigerators use the exterior of the cabinet as a heat sink to help dissipate heat removed from the refrigerator and freezer compartments.

Q: Is it normal for the inside back wall of the refrigerator to have water condensation?

If you have high humidity in the room where the unit is located & have opened the door which allows the humid air into the refrigerator you may experience condensation.

Q: Why is this refrigerator running all day? The engine is off?

When the fridge/freezer reaches the set temperature, the thermostat will trigger the compressor to shut off. When the temperature inside the unit rises the thermostat will trigger the compressor to turn back on.

Q: What should i do after i receive it？

Dear customer, our compact refrigerator has inside compressor, so you need to make it stand upright for at least 24 hours before using it, as the machine has been bumped during transit.
