Worked for our 10 year old Daughter
I cannot remember that last time I wrote a review. Our daughter, a preemie (1.3 oz at birth), was having trouble focusing in class. She makes good grades, but seems to drift off in class and sometimes has a hard time staying on task, especially in math.We had her evaluated and she did not have ADD or ADHD, according to them. We started giving her these pills with chocolate milk in the morning because they do taste like POOP. BUT, the effects were immediate. Last week she was able to get all the answers right on her math quiz. Two weeks ago she would have not been able to finish the quiz. It's worth a shot to try these. Just figure out a creative way to get rid of the nasty taste. My daughter knows they are helping her. This has been life changing for all of us. Thank you to whomever developed these magical pills.

Drastically improved focus
We've been using this supplement for 4 months now. My kids are not a fan of the taste (they almost refused to take it but I convinced them to give it a try for a month to see if it worked), but after seeing the change in focus across all aspects of my daughter's life (school work, sports, home life), I knew we had to continue with the supplement. My daughter even notices the difference. We tried stopping for a few weeks to see if it was really the supplement making a difference, and it was hard to watch the train wreck of inattention and dysfunction return to my daughter, and she even felt like she just couldn't focus to get her work done. We have even noticed improvements in my son as well, although not as drastic as with my daughter. My kids understand how the supplement is helping them focus and therefore deal with the less than optimal taste. If your kids can't deal with a supplement that doesn't have the best flavor, then this is not for you. My kids have found a way to make it palatable for them and they happily take it every day.

Can see a difference; not the best taste
I can see a difference in my 8 and 5 year old. They are still energetic but I feel that they have more self control and focus has improved. To mask the bad taste, I either mix it in with a smoothie or they love Danimals yogurts, so I make my own and put it in the blender with yogurt and some milk and they haven’t noticed it yet!

Seem to be helpful!
My son is nine years old and borderline ADHD. We really don't want to medicate him if we can help it. No judgment whatsoever to parents who do choose to try medication- - there's no perfect answer or choice, unfortunately. I think that I do notice a difference in his ability to focus with these probiotics. I trust Garden of Life Products and my son Hasn't experienced any tummy aches (which can happen with some probiotics) and seems to like the flavor just fine.. Studies have shown there is definitely a gut/brain relationship. All-in-all, I would say that it is a good addition to a supplement regimine for the ants-in-the-pants set of kids! I do think it's a tad on the pricey side and possibly cost prohibitive for some folks which is a shame but it seems like everything has gotten pretty expensive. Interestingly, the general kids probiotic by Garden of Life is significantly cheaper. I can't imagine that this one would be more expensive to manufacture but I'm no expert on probiotic cultivation.

Awful taste :(
Taste really bad. I thought other reviews might be exaggerating but noooo this is really gross. I was optimistic but I can't force this on a kid if it's even bad for me.

Not for my kids
I'm sure they work as they should, but my kids hated the taste and after trying 1 for myself, because we all know kids can be overly dramatic, I can understand why. The taste is awful. If you can get past it, might be worth it.

Great supplement
My child has been taking 2 ADHD medications (day and night) for a long time, so he is having a hard time gaining weight. We usually take a break from daily stimulants during weekends or no-school days, and he has a hard time concentrating and has huge meltdowns. I tried this supplement as a substitute for his stimulant, and it has been working, and there have been no more huge meltdowns. The taste is the only thing that needs improvement.

I haven’t seen any value yet.
This out second bottle and I haven’t seen any thing positive about this. I had high hopes that it was going to help calm my daughter down, as she’s super active. I have one more bottle left, if after that and not positive happens, I will be purchasing again. My daughter is excited taking this vitamin, she’s even the one to remind of it every day, so I don’t think the taste as bad as some people make of it. It’s pricy especially for who it’s not doing anything for.
