Yes, it has 3 modes, hold, 1 tap and double tap. Also removing one/or both earbuds will pause the music/video currently playing.

Has anyone tried sleeping with these and were they comfortable?

As long as you don’t lean on your ear

Do you know if they have a "find my" feature on iOS?

I don't use IOS buy they don't appear to have that option on the andriod app
