Lightweight, nice fit-comfortable and highly visible.
I have another BELL helmet that I purchased at Target for $10.00 and used it in off-roading for many years, but it suffered a crash; and although the outer shell did not crack, to be safe, I purchased a Louis Garneau, which I used until recently, when I again suffered a crash, hitting my head (that's why we wear helmets) on the concrete. Fortunately, the Garneau (a Consumer Report pick at the time), did its work and protected my skull, but the lining (not the Styrofoam) has, over the years worn. So, I decided it was time for a lighter, highly visible, high tech (MIPS) helmet. The fit of this "one-size fits all" is fine, leaving room for my version of a sweat band (double folded Kleenex), while providing the ultimate in head protection. The chin strap sits comfortably and can be adjusted to your own comfort. I ride hard, so I sweat, but there is plenty of ventilation to keep your head cool. Hope I don't have to test it's protective power--yet again, but so far, so good.

Easy to fit and wear.
Hope I never need to find out just how well this protects my noggin, but this BELL helmet with the MIPS technology is a must for anyone who rides a bike.Easy to adjust for fit and comfort and very comfortable while riding. Really like how light it is and the airflow helps keep me cooler when on extended rides in the hot weather. Only wish is that it came with an attachable sun visor.

These newer inexpensive Bell MIPS models are terrific
Long story short, this helmet is an excellent deal. With Bell, I typically buy a M/L helmet and this one fits me in the middle of its adjustment range. Note that Bell Helmets tend to fit me best and I stick with this brand, you may differ. The helmet has lots of internal padding, comes in at an average weight for a modern helmet, has MIPS and features a very standard and proven strap system. It's a reasonably low profile helmet with a full shell and innocuous looks. I have a similarly priced and similarly excellent Bell MTB helmet. Just a few years ago, helmets of this quality were much more expensive. Now, I see no reason to spend more than this on a helmet.

I can't believe how good this helmet is for how cheap it is.
I am used to paying $150 for a helmet, but I just needed a cheap helmet for winter riding. I almost always buy Bell because they just fit my head right. I did not know how much they have improved their less expensive helmets. To be able to get MIPS, fast adjusting head lock and a ton of vents blows me away. One thing you give up is fast adjusting straps which is not huge. The green color is perfect for city riding too. I think in the description the size is ambiguous, this is what bell would normally call a small/medium.

BEST VALUE HELMET!
after 3 friends had head-injury accidents, I broke down and got a new helmet. after a bunch of research I found that this does the job for the best value. NOTE THAT it has the important feature of the inside-the-helmet brain hugging technology. The helmet doesn't sit on your head - - your head is encased in a free-floating web that you dial down in the back when you put it on. VERY COMFY and I feel very safe with this on my head.

helmet comparison Bell and Giro low end MIPS
Rode 900 miles in May 2019. Purchased both low end Bell and the Giro MIPS helmets and both fit well. However the Giro rests just above my eyebrows, and the Bell sits an inch over my eyebrows. As a result I recommend the Giro, stay safe out there. Remember--no brains, no headache.

MIPS is the key but also well vented and nice looking
The out-of-the-box fit for me was amazing. With no adjustments except three clicks of the rear adjustment wheel, this helmet fits perfectly. I am a male with a normal-sized round shaped head so maybe that is to be expected for a "universal fit" helmet. But for those with large heads I would say it might be a bit tight because, even on my head, the pressure of the fit cannot be adjusted to loose.Very pleased with this helmet because it is MIPS certified, very well ventilated, well-strapped, and attractive.

MIPS helmet at a great price
This is my first MIPS bike helmet. Since the helmet is the #1 safety feature that you can wear whenriding a bike, then it makes sense to have one that will protect your noggin. MIPS is a good feature tohave to provide the additional safety in case of a wreck. This helmet provides a very snug fit whichgives me peace of mind when riding.
