Is anyone using the dumbbell rack for dumbbells 20lbs to 40lbs range? Any issues?

One of the review videos shows it being used with 20, 25 and I think also 35# dumbbells with no issue

This weight rack looks like a lot of screw holes. Is it troublesome to assemble it by yourself?
