Good Fun
Played this over christmas with my children, they really enjoyed it and glad I got this. Something different that mostly removes them from their devices for a bit :)

Great for kids
This puzzle set is great for kids and even young teens. The puzzles are simple enough for a child to do but tricky enough that it poses a bit of a challenge for them. I would say the suggested age range is spot on, although my 11 year old enjoyed doing it too.The set contains a letter explaining what needs to be done, all the clues needed, and a pencil for making notes and completing some of the puzzles. There is a note provided for parents that was a bit confusing as it says it has been given as a gift for my child from someone I know and the secret message was from them. At no point during the purchasing process was I asked if I wanted to provide a personalised message and the message was just the generic one from the astronaut, so this seemed to not be necessarily relevant to this particular set.The materials provided are all well printed and look to be of good quality, and it has some interesting facts for kids to learn too.You do need to have Internet access to input the code so bare this in mind. As with all these sorts of sets, once you have completed it, you can't really re-do it, but it is possible to pass it on to someone else to do if you've not written all over the contents.Overall this is a great little set for kids and would keep them busy for a while. I would recommend it and it would make a great gift for birthdays or Christmas.

Nice challenge for little ones
A type of game that is a challenge while being not too hard. I expected it to be more like an escape room challenge in the sense of solving the first puzzle in order to unlock the next. The thing is you get all the puzzles and have to figure out which is the order which is still challenging, so I'm not complaining. The puzzles are fit for the age range and the game is enjoyable.Once solved you can put it away and try it in a couple of years or pass it on because once you solved it the answers don't change.ok for the price, given that there is a web site dedicated to the case too. You will need internet to reveal the message and for clues and answers. (although I found one of their answers to be wrong).

Good quality but not completely offline
Really like both the ‘flat pack’ envelope nature of this, along with the general quality of both the puzzles and the presentation. I’d say the stated age-range is about right: younger kids will potentially need some help/support, although older siblings might be readily drawn in as we found in our house. The only major ‘gripe’ I have, if you can call it that, is that access to the internet is required to enter the code, so it’s not a totally offline experience. That’s one of only two things that could have made it better, with the other being value for money: yes, it’s good quality, but it’s not something that you can pull out more than once or twice a year, so has limited reusability.

Puzzle Post for kids
I have previously bought escape rooms from Puzzle posts and was yet again extremely satisfied! It’s a great company of fun escape room style mysteries and games to solve. I can’t wait for the Christmas crackers soon! This one is perfect for kids 7-8 and depending on some older ages too what their interests are. You could easily keep the parts too to redo the adventure later on when they have forgotten it! They also have 3 different themes to choose from. Note that the children will need access to internet to unlock the codesOverall definitely recommend this product and all products from PuzzlePost!

Requires online access.
This a fairly easy and enjoyable puzzle game for one or two children. Best suited for children aged 7-8. There are a good variety of animal related tasks to complete. The exercises typically last for under an hour. What I find extremely disappointing is that online access is needed to complete the game. There is no good reason that the game should not be self contained.

My daughter enjoyed it
I home educate so this was a good, fun, simple activity to do at home. My daughter enjoyed it, think it would make a good novelty gift.
