This stuff is amazing! I've been looking for something natural and came across these types of plain oil/lye soaps. It has a very strong scent that I think is really good. It's a sort of a woody, herbaceous natural scent. I use it when showering as body wash and face wash. It leaves the skin squeaky clean, moisturized, and feeling wonderful. It's hard to describe how much better it is than standard modern soaps that leave skin dry and itchy. I've been using it for a few weeks and think it'll probably last a long time because it only takes a tiny bit each use, it's strong. Additionally, the one I was sent had a sticker on it noting it was a special batch with 30% laurel oil, very much appreciated.Edit note:If you have hard water, it'll eventually get your hair waxy when used as shampoo. I recommend not using it as shampoo if you have hard water.

Love this soap! Great quality, it passed the float test! I've seen some comments that the soap appears 'moldy' but real aleppo soap is a dark green color on the inside. Moisturizes skin, I feel clean and although the smell is not 'the best', the end result is that you just smell like you. It doesn't leave any smell on your skin. I will never use another soap!

First time in my life I found about aleppo soap in my trip to Syria many years ago. Later I was trying to buy this type of soap a few times but every time it was not the same. I don’t know why I decided to try to order it again and why I picked this seller (honestly i ordered from another two sellers and returned ) but I’m happy I did it! This soap smells right! Smell is very important. It’s a first step to understanding if it’s real one. This one smells exactly as it supposed to smell! It doesn’t dry skin also as it supposed to do and it’s foamy. And it’s green inside light brown outside because of oxidation.I see low stars reviews where people mention the weird smell. I wish they mention they bought this soap first time in their life! When you are going to buy for instance “lavender soap” you expect to smell lavender, right?:)) I believe when people read “olive oil soap” they expect to smell olive oil but it doesn’t smell like olive oil. Especially there is also laurel oil added. But trust me: this soap smells the way it has to smell. By the way I also use it for my cashmere and silk. It was also recommended when I bought it first time in my life

It does have a kinda unpleasant smell but it does lather good and I feel very clean after the use of this soap. It also leaves my skin feeling soft. It’s a great size also last a long time.

These are a masculine scented soap, similar to sandalwood, maybe a bit of tobacco smell.I got it for its natural composition, and the fact that I have sensitive skin. I also understood that it’s very good at eliminating body odor, which I can attest is true, as I use this soap with crystal allum salt deodorant and have had no odor issues.I do end up only using it on odor producing parts of my body, and then wash the rest of my body with a more feminine scented soap, as I just am not a huge fan of smelling like sandalwood and tobacco.A great product, I would just wish that the scent was more friendly to women like myself!

I have gone through a 4 year quest for the best soap for me. This is it folks. The most luxurious cleaning and awesome skin and hair are my results with this Jusiza Alepo soap. I have had dandruff all my life, 49, and to my disbelief, after trying many products in the past, a drastic improvement tomy scalp and skin. I have a big beard and it has never felt so nice and soft as well. I love this soap, highly recommended.Large bar about 3.25 x 2.25 x 2 inches, lasts a long time, very neutral smell that does not carry into the world. Solid value for what I got.

Wow! This soap is as amazing as I was told it would be. It took one time to make my skin so soft! The smell isn’t entirely unpleasant but it is a bit different compared to “smell-good” types soaps that you are probably used to. It doesn’t leave a scent on your skin after you rinse so you don’t have to worry about walking around smelling like it. It suds up well and will last a long time. I even used it on my face which I normally would not do. Normally the skin on my face is tight and dry after a shower but not with this soap! My face is soft and soothed. The same goes for my feet too! I totally recommend this soap!
