I purchased this universal bathtub drain stopper and I am quite pleased with the result.It was so easy to install - no tools were needed, and fit my standard drain. Just place it over the drain and press down.Good seal - it creates a tight seal and holds water very well during a bath. I haven't experienced any slow leaks.The silicone top and stainless steel base feel sturdy and well-made. Easy to clean, too.Overall, it is simple, effective, and works as promised.

Works well, catches debris, FYI to clear the debris simply unscrew the stopper from the base. Ez-pz....Edit: took a star off due to how often it has to be cleaned. I took out debris by the next day it was not draining because of a few hair strands. But I guess it's better there than in my pipes haha

We have an old style tub, its so hard to find drain plugs that will fit well and function. The last few we've had you had to place the rubber part into the drain but if you placed it all the way, it blocked the water. It had to sit such a way that it was not useful at all.This drain plug fit perfectly. Its allowing water to flow down and collects all the hair! Its super easy to use if you want to stop up the water or to remove the hair.We have had so many issues with this drain not being able to prevent things going down, like caps to bottles! Not just hair. It is such a huge relief to find something that actually works. It looks great too!

Works great for a bath but standing water for a shower slow drainage

Bath tube built-in drain plug would not hold water and felt this unit would be the best way to go. Before ordering I made sure I took measurements to make sure it would fit my tube drain hole. Ordered this product and installed it. Had to remove a screw & screen & made sure mating surface for the seal was completely clean then install this pop up drain and it fit perfectly. Put minimal pressure on it to make the seal adhere to chrome ring around bath drain hole. I pushed the pop-up down to test ic it would hold water. Put 2 inches of water in tube & it held for over 5 hours. Good price, looks good, well built, a great product. Highly recommend.
