Has anyone used this the boost the wifi in a campground? Does it need a computer to set it up?

As long as you have an outlet to plug into it should work but I don't know how large of a campground but I have a3000 sq. Foot house and we have 2 of these. I downloaded app on my phone and set it up that way.

Does this only work with a TP-Link router , or can you use any brand ?

My router is not from TP-Link, but it works nevertheless.

Does it works 220 volt?

I plugged it into my wall socket in the US. U have to check the specifications online.
