Slim Fold Men's Micro Soft Shell Wallet-RFID Closed: 2.8" L x 4" W Gray with Orange Stitching

I was looking for a slim wallet for a hubby and done lot of reading about all types, including the metal one they keep advertising on social media. Also, I ordered 3 other wallets from Serman brand that were small, but leather, so by default a bit heavy and thick. They were wonderful and we almost kept one. But then the Micro Slim arrived and although at first looked like a joke, very thin, tiny thing, it turned out to be a winner. It is minimalistic, but comfortable. And it has an ID slot. All cards are easy to remove and regular dollar bills fit fine. It has a stretch to it so the cards just slide in easily. Only the cards you put all the way in the back are hard to remove so I keep health cards there.When I saw how well his cards fit, I immediately ordered one for myself. So far, I carried typical leather large ladies wallet. I did not think this micro wallet will be able to satisfy me. But in the past week, it has lightened my load considerably and I can put it in my pocket and not even carry a purse to store.Everytime I whip it out, I feel a bit silly because it looks so basic, a bit boring and not at all feminine but it is truly brilliant.Now I wish they had more interesting fabric colors because our wallets are identical, small grey squares.

I can’t believe how thin it is. I wanted something for when I wear nice fitted slacks because my regular leather wallet was just making a huge bulge, and this wallet fits the bill perfectly. I started using it as my every day wallet and I can’t even tell it’s there most days. After using it for a month, it’s very durable, sleek, and it fits everything I need. I’m never going back!

Im amazed it’s already been 7 years since I purchased this wallet. Decided to replace because the fabric stretched out quite a bit, particularly the ID slot.Pros:-Durable!-Thin!Cons:-The clear film for ID slot fell out after a few years.-RFID blocker is questionable. I had a key card in the wallet and had no issues using it at the RFID reader.

I have been looking for a compact wallet after adding the Eufy AirTag compatible card (recommended) a few weeks ago. This wallet does the trick nicely. The wallet pictured has ~10 credit cards, driving license, car insurance document and my four medical insurance cards. Also, the Eufy card mentioned above and a credit card sized magnifier. I’m old 🤷‍♂️With all these items on board the wall is around 1/2 inch thick. Perfect.I’m still getting used to where everything is, but access is simple and easy.I can’t judge durability, but the fabric is good and it feels like the wallet will last.Recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Material is cut so it has to always stretch when inserting and removing cards. This will likely become loose, tear, or rip related to friction in time. Insufficient RFID and quality control (sub-par stitching) seems to be a plague with this product. RFID is just a metallic piece of cardboard that will only protect for certain frequencies, I hope you know the frequency of all your proximity Cards. Solution: aluminium foil can be used in place if you are looking for thinner and just as effective. Once you have it in hand you will think you have a teens wallet made in China with the quality of stitching. Pictures below show 8 cards, 7 bills in both wallets same cards and same bills. In addition the remaining cards have to be stored on the inside of the money pocket as only 4 cards will fit in the front 3 pockets. I will update my review based upon my 1 week of use.Pros-Customer Service-Material feels nice-Material is water repellent-Nice Color- Thinner than leather same thickness as my previous trifoldCons- expensive- packaging does not do the wallet any favors If I saw this wallet in a store I would pass no questions asked just based on packaging. suggestion cardboard slide.- Description is misleading material only is waterproof-Pockets are smaller than cards this will require force to put cards in or take them out. in time this may fail.-RFID Protection only for cards of certain frequencies. Recommendation buy separate RFID protection if you can afford it after this wallet.-Not thin compared to all my previous wallets but it is lighterClaims that hold no weight to me- crash tested and wind tested up to 70mph-100% waterproof-8 cards or more- 3x thinner than leatherUpdate 1: After owning for 2 days it has grown on me so I am moving it from 2 stars to 3 stars. all mentioned items above are still an issue RFID does not work period on mine. Transit card, Work Card, and Credit/Debit Cards all still function while in wallet. However I may need to end up returning for an exchange as it appears the orange stitching on mine is starting to fray from the friction of being pulled in and out of my pocket only after 2 days. Possible this may be weak fibers just coming loose. Time will tell.Update 2: Just after posting my first update the co-founder of Slimfold Dave Z responded to my review and offered a warranty replacement. I am just blown away by the customer service for Slimfold and their proactive approach to customer satisfaction. I will say I feel the money spent on this wallet is worth it.
