We had a lot of fun with this. We homeschool so it offered a lot of great learning opportunities.

My 5 year old loved this advent calendar but thought his brother's construction vehicle one was cooler. lolYour 5 year old may need assistance with parts of this calendar. There are also many rocks to paint and I wish there had been a bit more variety but rocks can be painted many different ways, so I guess it was chill. My 5 year old didn't mind.

We're on it 11th day of Christmas with this advent calendar and we've already gotten at least 5 rocks. We (5 y/o and I) were excited to paint or put a sticker on the first rock the first time, but 5 pebbles too small to really paint? There's nothing STEM about this. I could have found some smooth rocks outside. Not worth the money, would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with this product. There are FIVE days that have rocks! FIVE! My three year old was disappointed by day number two of rocks. He does like painting rocks but not for five days! That is ridiculous. If I wanted rocks I would have walked out my back door. I appreciated the guide for parents to extend the learning about dinosaurs but the creativity in the variety of crafts this contains is seriously lacking.

Dinosaur lover approved! He loved it and opened every day. Very exciting gift and one of the most loved purchases of the holiday season.

There's a lot of prizes my nephew is enjoying so far. There's a large amount of paint, a triceratops shaped car, and many figurines. However, We are on day 10 and he's already received 4 rocks, which are meant to be painted. However, he is incredibly disappointed in the amount of rocks so far

Seems to be a good value. There are some fun things in this, but they did way too many small plastic dinosaurs and rocks to paint. The dinosaur exploration concept is fun and I just wish there were more variety! It does have a few really fun crafts and activities and I think this would be awesome for a young kid, but some days are going to be a little boring because it is fairly repetitive.

Has lot of small activities each day for the children with a little booklet that has a STEM related learning/reason on it! Highly recommend this advent calendar! My son is 3 and gets excited every morning to open another activity! For the price too! It’s super cute.
