I love chala bags but this one was too large for a cross body. Would be great for a satchel type purse to carry. The width at on the bottom was larger than I thought.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law to use on her cruise. She loved it, and so did I! It was bigger than I pictured, but great for a tote! I'd also like to mention that the vendor was very accommodating in making sure I would get it in time for her birthday, as I ordered a little late for the 2 day shipping. Communication was awesome, and I appreciate them expediting the order for me!

Grommets falling out
I love the handbag but after 5 months of light usage, one of the bag's grommets fell out. The handbag still looks like new ....it's just not reliable now. It's beyond the 30 days return period so I'm stuck.
