A dummy for a Dummy
This jujitsu dummy is excellent. Due to the COVID19 the Dummy (me) had no contact classes where we utilized a dummy to simulate a partner. At first I made one using towels and a backpack. While it sort of functioned, it was not optimal. Then I found this. Made of tough material and can take a beating. I does not come with the stuffing, but I went to a hobby shop and easily found filler. Now my dummy, who I named Cody, is perfect for practicing techniques both at the class and at home. Very good product that serves its intended purpose great.

Do not overstuff joints to where dummy is stiff
Excellent customer service. Received a beast 58 6ft. with improperly sewn left leg which is no fault of the seller. Customer service promptly sent out another replacement. Otherwise when stuffed the dummy looked very sturdy and handled all the abuse put into it.Word of advice do not overstuff the dummy to the point it is stiff at the joints. You can see a possible stress point when performing arm bars that will tear the arm off. Allow more give and stuff the joints (especially the arms) to 80% and the dummy will be able to take more abuse.-UPDATE Sep. 24, 2020-Ok new update. After being lost in shipment package has arrived and in good condition. Thanks to Amazon and Jayefo for resolving this and providing customer service and support.

Good for quick at home drilling
I saw some people say that this dummy took them 2 hours to fill. Ridiculous! It took me 12 minutes just to fill from foot to waistline. I will say though that the velcro and zipper slit in the back could be a little bigger as it would make for easier stuffing. Some pro tips1. Use some smaller garments like socks and underwear to fill the feet and hands first, as they are the smallest parts of the dummy and won't be completely filled by shirts/pants2. For anything with zippers and metal buttons, zip up and either remove the buttons or just turn the garment inside out so that you don't risk injuring yourself on unforgiving metal.

Great grappling replacement for useless husband
This is one of the least expensive grappling dummies I could find and it works really well. I train Jiu jitsu and with the pandemic only have the option to train at home. My husband was a terrible grappling partner so I replaced him with this dummy and It’s been working out really well. He has full arms and legs which is super helpful for Jiu jitsu drills. I bought the 5’ tall version to match my height but he’s a little shorter than me. He is difficult to fully stuff. You’ll need to stuff him, use him, then stuff more. His shoulders in particular lose their stuffing quite quickly. He fits a lot of old shirts and towels.

Work in progress but like it!
Stuffed the dummy with clothes a few days ago ready to drill as it’s been several months with the virus around that I haven’t trained. Unfortunately, the left armpit stitching ripped this morning while I was doing some technique drills. Upon further investigation I found that the stitching was probably faulty because the material wasn’t damaged it had just come apart at the seams. The logo is coming off very fast too but I’m less concerned about that than I am the actual durability of the product. It seems fairly adequate other than the mentioned issues and so I’m going to try and find somebody (my sweet mother that’s a professional seamstress) that will properly stuff and repair the dummy. The issue will probably continue unless fixed and reinforced so Instead of a return I’m opting for that. Other than that I really do like the product and the 4 ft size is nice and compact and I can use it to show my daughter more difficult moves that are hard to teach when you’re the one being used as a dummy. And also the torso is so large practicing moves from your guard like triangles and arm bars are quite fun even as a larger person at around 6’. All In all if you know somebody that can fix little rips and tears here and there buy it. Super fun.

LifeSavver for Covid
Man I needed a reLease from the Covid so I bough this bad boy, named him Jim 'cuz I hate the name Jim and I have had three people in my life named Jim that I hated, Jim Henderson in junior high who stole my trombone, Jim Jaspers at the printing company who stole my Mountain Dew on the daily, and Jim Watson, my dad's brother (through marriage) who beat my aunt when she left him for Dave. I took my leftover gym socks from when I was a hooper and made my Jim plumb for wrestlign and fighting. I like to fill it up to the Rim like that coffee Brim, I filled Jim's toes and fingers to the end, and for weight I added some wet towels in plastic sacks. When I was done Jim weighged 85 lbs!!!! I got on the youtube and learned the basic moves of BJJ for grappling and moving, how to stay calm, how to use my weight against Jim to my advantange. After a few weeks was easy to get passt Jim's guard and stay on top of him for a few mintues, and gradually I worked on my arm locks. It was fun to be at work and think of coming home and what I would do to Jim, I started day-dreaming of going home after work and seeing Jim there and mann I gave him a pounding on the nightly. I would put him in different situations like waiting for me in the closet with a knife or waiting in the shower with a knife or waiting on the balcony with a knife and I would pretend I didn't know he was there and sort of mozy around the place and then HeRE"S JIM and I would take him down and get him in an arm bar. After a fewsome months it got kinda boring so I opened him up and added more weight this time some bags of rice and beans and that gave a differnt feel and I would even put different color t-shirts on him to break it up. It got to where my GF would hide him from me becuase she was jealouse but I kept telling her I didn't love jim I just wanted to pound on him because my job was so stressing and if I wanted love it was to Sasha I went but for wrestling it was Jim. Long story short I had to make a choice and Sasha made the choice easy by moving out and it wasn't easy but I still have Jim. When COVID is over I will go to real BJJ classes and have a leg up for sure. thanks Jim!!!

Inaccurate measurements and information
First off I would like to say the dummy seems to be solid and definitely great just for at home drills but second the ad said it’s 6 foot and 125 pounds (which is fine for me) but the people who are buying this for the size and weight should be warned this dummy is about 5 foot- 5 foot one and weighs about maybe 30 pounds fully filled with towels and clothes.

Cloth fabric, poor material, don't buy
They don't say it, but it is a cheap material, cloth fabric, not leather as other ones of better quality. Terrible, don't buy it.
