Love the steps
It’s awesome, but still has a tendency to float in the water. Other suggestions were to zip tie plastic weights to the bottom step to keep it stationary on the bottom of the pool. We are in our 70s. I feel like this is a much safer way to exit the pool then the ladder.

Conifer steps are great!
Easy set up. Perfect for my needs of being able to enter and exit my pool. I chose the blue steps and it looks so good in the water. The steps seem to be well made. The hand rails could be a little sturdier but I think they will hold up with the grandkids

Very happy with these stairs!
My whole extended family loves our pool and some of us are getting a little bit older so we’ve been thinking of adding stairs for a long time. This year one of my sisters had shoulder surgery and literally could no longer use the ladder. So it was time to finally get the stairs. I read loads of reviews and decided on these. Although I have to say I was expecting them to be flimsy because of the super affordable price. I was pleasantly surprised by their sturdiness.First let me say that the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is about the issue of weighing them down. To be honest we didn’t even try to fill them with sand because of other reviews that were unhappy with sand sifting into the pool. We opted for weighted bags ( purchased on Amazon very economically) filled with sand. We first put trash bags into the pool bags then filled those with sand and tied them off to keep the sand from sifting out. We used zip ties to secure the bags to the stairs. It took 4 bags with a total of approximately 100 lb. of sand to securely hold them down. We put a pool mat ( also purchased on Amazon) under the stairs to protect the liner. Now having said all this, I feel like these stairs are an amazing value. They are very easy to assemble and are super sturdy. I would advise having a partner to help with assembly to hold and support, and to place the completed stairs into the pool. The handrails aren’t meant to be pulled on but rather just to steady you as you walk up & down. Also we added screws where the two parts of the handrails come together and that helped make them feel much more secure. This wasn’t part of the assembly instructions but it made sense to us.Another concern I had was that they would take up a lot of space in the pool. They really don’t. They have a narrow profile form the wall but at the same time offer generous stair treads that are very comfortable to walk up & down. Probably most decks are wood or composite. Our is steel (a Kayak) so we did have to buy a titanium drill bit. We used 2 screws on each brace and they are very secure. So far they’ve only been in the pool for a few weeks so I can’t comment on long term durability but so far we couldn’t be happier with them. I would have expected them to cost much more than they do. I wish I’d found them years ago. We feel like adding the stairs has made the pool more accessible and much more enjoyable for everyone. If you’ve been considering adding stairs to your pool I would recommend these without hesitation.

Read the instructions for problem free installation
What a great stable pool steps. Easy to assemble. The instructions are great. As far as the floating issue that is mentioned in several reviews, if you follow the instructions there is no issue. 40 lbs of sand makes it set properly which is in the instructions.

Well Pleased With Steps
The steps came promptly and were easy to assemble. They seem sturdy and were easy to get set up in the pool. Very reasonably priced as well.

Easy assembly appears very functional
Easy assembly goes together very well. Make sure you follow the directions and use sand as wait in the stairs. Some people say they had to tie weights to them, but they did not specify whether they used the sand to start with. Purchased a mat to go underneath the stairs as an extra level of protection Although I don’t think it’s necessarily needed as the bottom of the stairs is very smooth. Will update review once we used it for a while.

Very easy to assemble.
Very easy to assemble, perfect fit for Intex 32 foot pool. Make sure you have at least six bags of sand to fill it. Had it for 3 years and still working well.

Great solution to aging users.
I have bad knees and getting in and out of an above ground pool on a standard pool ladder just wasn’t safe. This one works great. The steps are wide enough so I feel safe, and the handle / rail is solid. I put it together with the help of my wife in very little time. I weighted it down with playground sand we bought at Lowe’s. I do find that they need to be cleaned a few times a year but it’s not hard. Would definitely recommend for kids or older/ disabled use.
