Alpaka makes a lot of sleek bags and slings as well as a few other smaller accessories like this wallet and the ark wallet does not the Alpaka name justice. The fit and finish of the wallet is really made really well and has a decent amount of card holding capacity thanks to a slide out function underneath the left card pockets. The wallet also holds bills well and I have used it to hold both American bills and Japanese bills with no issue and the wallet still stayed very slim and fit easily into my front pocket with no issue. The price of the wallet is also very good for what you get and I see it especially well priced for those who travel and like a slim wallet to carry in their front pants pocket like I do.

This wallet is slim yet functional, fitting easily in a front pocket while holding cash and cards securely. The magnetic closure is strong enough to keep it closed without making it hard to access. The materials feel premium, and the stitching is clean. It is perfect for everyday use or travel when you want something lightweight and discreet.

Well-made and attractive in a minimalist way, with no outward branding or other embellishments. But after all, it's a wallet, and for those who carry only what they need to have in a billfold, this one will do the job. Get crazy and it will work against you, as you're forced to squeeze everything into two inside card "slots" and one other one underneath one of the card slot sides (the other one is occupied by the pull-tab quick-access feature - see below). So you can fill up these areas pretty quickly if you tend to carry a lot in your wallet.That quick-access slot is fine for something like a credit card or bank card you use often. Just pull on the tab and it slides out. That's a good thing, since the slots are tight, and you'll fumble a good bit trying to coax one out of the other slots. "No, officer, I'm not nervous. I just clipped my fingernails and can't get my license out of here." Lol.One good feature is that this wallet is advertised as RFID-resistant, so it should be safer to use in crowds or other areas where thieves might try to electronically skim your credit/debit/bank card info. The fabric is also weatherproof, but of course that doesn't mean it keeps water out of your bills, cards, notes, etc. if submerged in water. The wallet uses a strong magnetic closure to keep it closed and the wallet looking tidy.I'm grading it down a star because it is a bit limited on space. Also it is quite stiff, and will require some serious breaking in to fit a hip pocket comfortably. For coat breast pocket carry, that doesn't matter, but front pocket carry might also be a little uncomfortable, depending on the cut of your pants and your own shape and size. The pull-tab for oft-used cards is cool, but it limits that side's storage area to that one card. You might be able to put two cards in there, but it works best with one. Last but not least, 40 bucks isn't inexpensive for an everyday fabric wallet.I guess the bottom line for me is that this is a durable and stylish wallet if you don't carry a lot of money and/or stuff. I can make it work for me, but be aware of its limitations before buying. On balance, I consider it a 4-star product for all-round functionality.

been using this for a while now. been loving it. like the feel of it, very slim. the pull tab for the cards from the inside (left side) is very nice. i just wish it had it on the right side too since i use that side as well. made it very hard to pull cards out of there.
