Q: How do you turn it on? I've had this for over ten years and never turned it. I can't figure out what to push to turn it on. I changed the batteries.

Not sure which version that you have but mine doesn't turn on. It's just a display. There is no battery in mine.

Q: .Can you fold the blades back to put back in the carton of for a display case ? I am afraid to break them if I try the wrong way

They don't fold back but they fold on top of each otherand makes 2 large blades

Q: Would this fit a 3.75 action figure? think gi joe from the 80's.

Hi, I don’t think it will. If I remember correctly the doors don’t open. I bought this for my brother 6 years ago and sadly I don’t have a way of verifying for you.
