Love it. I look forward to having this drink daily. I mix with a 32 ounce bottle of cold water so I’m drinking more water and feel good overall. Can’t say anything to the health of the product but I feel good taking it. Been using a month, still like the flavor and stalked up so I wouldn’t run out. Easy to tear open packets and dissolves with a few good shakes. No after taste for me and no side effects other than a few more potty breaks :)

I’ve been using the packets for 2 weeks now. I fell like I have more energy and not so sluggish. The taste is a little sweet so I mix some of the powder with 32 oz of water. I repeat this 3x’s during the day. Helps me drink my 96 oz of water in a day.

I found this product while I was looking for the Beam Dream sleep aid drink. I thought I would give it a try and see for myself how I liked it. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked the flavor. I usually do not care for the artificial taste of drinks like this. I did however like this flavor. I did add alittle extra water than it calls for to get the flavor to the right consistency. I used 1 1/2 water bottles worth of water for one packet of this stuff. It is easy to mix into the water and I like it cold. I am waiting to see how effective this is but am hopeful. I will give this a try and purchase it again if I find that he actually helps.

I dont like the taste,its very sweet and has an artificial taste,it desolves pretty easily.

These are so good! I was debating about getting a subscription, but then I decided to order on Amazon to try it before signing up to get them regularly. I'm so glad I did! I look forward to this each day. I have also noticed a significant change the the cortisol acne on my face. After a couple of weeks drinking this, it is basically non-existent.

I really was hoping to like this but I can’t pass the taste. It is like any other powder you use to mix in water, it has that chemical taste and after taste and I can’t really make myself to like chemicals. As far as results, I can’t tell any difference.

Love the taste of this and would drink it even without all the added benefits. It feels like it gives me additional energy as well. One word of warning, for those with sensitive digestive systems, I would recommend only drinking this after eating a meal.
