Im 5 ft 11-1/2 in at 160 lbs. Medium fit me well, but you might want to size up -- they are a snug fit.

Q: Would these be good for travel? Trying to find breathable travel pants for 10 hour flight.

Yes they would be great for a travel /comfortable event... they are kinda thick so if you running in them your legs will sweat quick , but they’ll at least keep you warm
