can this fry pan be used on an induction burner?

No it is NOT induction friendly. We bought one (the hammered steel mini egg pan) and had to return it because it did NOT work on our induction stove top.

Can you really use metal utensils with this without scratching?

We don’t. We use plastic utensils.

Does this pan make over easy eggs?

Yes it does. Don’t use any oil though
