Q: Is this fitted with an English 3 pin plug?

as it was a present I do not know the answer , but I received a present from the same firm and that had normal 3 pin plug

The Bath is hand size & a bit over. Depth with a flat hand up to the wrist. When bought the wax supplied is sufficient to fill the bath. I find it extremely good.

Q: Where do you put the wax to melt it on first use? Above or below the grated plate? Sorry for silly question

Take the grated plate out of the unit, then place the wax block into it. Once the wax has fully melted and the ready light is illuminated place the grated plate into the wax and allow it to sink to the bottom, then it is ready to use.
