I have a family history of Alzheimers so I knew I had to start taking something. I started noticing I was losing my train of thought a lot, and also forgetting words when trying to speak to people.So far my train of thought has definitely improved. I no longer get stuck and forget where I'm going with a thought or story. I do still forget my words sometimes, which is frustrating. This neural reboot has been amazing! I recently started my doctorate degree in January, and this reboot has been a lifesaver! The pill is very easy to swallow and it has no aftertaste whatsoever. I have found that I sleep better when I take it consistently and I also have more energy and can focus much more clearly than when I don’t take it. It actually puts me in a grumpy mood and I start to get irritated with others around me when I don’t take it for a day. I have found it is important to be consistent and take it daily for ultimate results! Definitely worth it and will continue to purchase!!

Since starting with these supplements my brain fog has totally lifted. I used to think that this foggy brain feeling is just in my head - pardon the pun - but then a friend suggested these supplements. I am so happy I found them. My brain feels clear and sharp, will continue taking these. Also, not sure if it is related to this supplement or not - when I wake up in the mornings I am awake immediately! I love that feeling.

Have only been using these for a while but have noticed an improvement in my concentration levels. The capsules are a good size and not too big to swallow. Will continue to purchase these moving forward.
