Hi i have a bmw tyre are 295 wide rear and 275 front will this be ok

It should be ok, as the track width on these is 30cm. As your largest tyre is 295 i.e 29.5 cm it comes inside this. Just make sure you have the ramps central to the tyres and not overhanging substantially. With a weight limit, per pair, of 5 tons it would be able to cope with all bmw cars. Not used mine yet but seem well made.

There is a photo with the ramp under a wheel and the wheel is under a car, but the ramp is not under the car. Fake photo?

It is a manufactured photo, but don't let it worry you, these ramps are very robust and as long as the vehicle used isn't lowered or have low front skirts, they work as you'd expect.

Are these suitable for a transit van

If I understand you right, then no, I doubt it. I use these to lift a land rover about 8 inches extra off the floor to get underneath to service it. Your Mazda boot would need to be 8 inches off the floor which I don’t think it is.
