COLCHAM Heated Jacket for Women with Detachable Hood and Battery Pack Waterproof and Windproof

I really love this jacket! But for an honest review I've ordered it three times now. (I am sooo glad to take advantage of the free returns on this one. I try to order as smartly as I can, but this one just threw me off). I do wish it had a few more heated panels in it, but it works very well for what it has.I first ordered a size Medium. I am about 130 lbs. and 5' 6". I feel I'm about average. The medium was Perfect in the arms! Better than any jacket I think I've ever wore. perfect length, plenty of movement without being bulky. The material is super soft inside and silky. Feels wonderful! But the body part was a little bulky. It kind of puffed out in front. It just seems to be made a little bigger around the body part.So I ordered a small. I thought, from reading the size chart, that it wasn't much shorter in the arms and if the body part fit a little better that I'd love it. Oh...my...gosh (crying laughing) I got it at work and my friend and I were evaluating it. We were laughing so hard cause the arms were like tiny compared to the last one. I mean, stiff in the elbow, 3/4 sleeve when I reached for something. I laughed and slapped a return label on that puppy and sent it back LOL. I almost was able to catch the UPS guy before he left lol. It was pretty comical to us. I don't feel like I have ape arms. But the body part fit PERFECT! I was so bummed, but I really like it! So I ordered another medium and it's on it's way!So my review is, it is a Really nice jacket! If you can get the size right you will love it! As for longevity, I'm sorry I'm not sure yet, but the material, feel and warmth is great! (I just wish the body part fit better in a medium because the panels in the front are a little far away and I don't feel them as much. And I wish there were a few more heated panels. It'll be okay! I'll still like it anyway and not everyone is made the same so maybe it would work better for another person!) The good thing is I will wear another jacket over it and it will bring the heated panels closer to me, so not a loss at all!Order it if you want a cheap alternative for a heated jacket go for it!

The first time I tried to use the item, it was 15 degrees outside but I couldn't get it to turn on. While it was disappointing, there is a good chance it was user error. The next time, I held down the power button a little longer and it worked fine. We're expected to get an Artic Blast this week. I am looking forward to using the coat probably every day. It will be interesting to learn how the life of the battery works. I might have given it 5 stars had the instruction provided more info. about the battery life. I don't want to over charge and also don't know how long I can leave the battery plugged into the jacket between uses. I am happy with the coat, however, and would be a battle to make me return it unless the battery is unpredictable.

Ordered this for cold mornings and snowy days. I ordered a small and it fit me perfectly. The coat is great to wear without the heat packs everyday. On cold mornings the heat packs are helpful keeping me warm.

I bought this jacket for my fiancé who is always cold. She had no idea that an item like this existed and neither did I until a few coworkers of mine were talking about a heated jacket. She absolutely loves it and everyone compliments her when she wears it. So many people are interested in buying them now due to her wearing it so often and for the way it looks on her. She always has it charged and ready to go. I highly recommend this item!

The jacket is nicely made and fits very well. I am always cold so very pleased with this purchase. My only concern is if this jacket will be an issue going through security checks - and battery pack on airplanes. I haven't been able to find out this answer.

Bought the women's small for my 12 year old who is 5'0" and about 90 pounds. It fits him well with a little room to grow. Never had any problems with the charger or jacket. It heats up fast and lasts longer than advertised.

I am 145 Lbs, 5'-5" and bought a medium. It fits just right. Not too big to be bulky, but big enough for my favorite hoodie to fit comfortably underneath. Zips up easily and nicely. It made a cold walk through the park to view a light display fun and memorable. Without this jacket, I would have frozen to death.

Didn't like the fact that no instructions came with it.
