Helps with chronic constipation. I have chronic constipation from 4 years. I take 2 capsules alternative days. I can pass stool once in 2 or 3 days. Very effective medicine.Only problem is smaller bottles are not available.

This product is good and delivered on time but I am not happy with what you did with us on our Skechers shoes refund still not paid us.

Citrate is supposed to make you poop. Thier Potassium citrate does. This does nothing, this is probably glycinate or something marked as citrate.

It doesn't help you directly in sleep but overtime it helps you relax your muscles.It comes with a nice packing so it is easy to store. I didn't see any side-effects. But if you don't have any prescription then you shouldn't buy it.

When you buy a supplement you don't know if you can trust it came from a good source. I've bought enough of this magnesium (for years now) from Healthy Hey and other things from them to know they are a trusted vendor.

I know that it's magnesium citrate for sure given its laxative effects, but I can't say if the dosage mentioned is actually the same in product or not. But it's definitely refreshingly better than profoods mag Glycinate which just tastes horrible.
