Perfect replacement, easy to swap
Solid replacement. Have actually bought this exact product about 3x now, so probably once every 16-18 months. That may sound excessive, but when using the laptop, it is almost exclusively plugged in which degrades the battery, so not the products fault. Easy to swap, and the tools provided make it a breeze, especially the little guitar pick shaped thing. Makes popping the plastic off easy. Great deal for the price, and the battery fits perfectly.

Great replacement
I'm not sure what I can say about a battery replacement; besides, it was long due. It has been a couple of years already since I have had this laptop, I have made some upgrades along the way but I continue using it mostly for work because is reliable. Nonetheless, little by little the battery wore out and it didn't manage to last more than 15 minutes from 100 to critical level so I really was needing itThe replacement itself came with all the tools I may have needed (I didn't get to use them but it was nice), and it was easy to install that I was over in 10 mins topsSince I have tested the battery on a 15 inches Inspiron 5570 and it has delivered 3 to 4 hours in power saving, 2 hours and a half in default, and around 40 mins in performance, which are good averages. I am really satisfied with the experience and if I keep this device for the life cycle of this battery I would likely get this same one

Great Replacement Battery
Received next day. The battery included tools and general instructions to replace my laptop battery as well as instructions for breaking the battery in by fully charging before use and then letting it drop to 5% and charging to 95% 3-4 times in a row. My Dell Inspiron immediately recognized the battery and in less than 5 minutes I was off an running. Seems to be a great option for half the price of the Dell version.

Less Than Three Hours and Four Months Later: Nada.
Never held a charge despite being professionally installed and ALWAYS following the instructions on not leaving the laptop plugged in, changing settings, recalibrating every few months, blah blah blah. The best it ever did was just under three hours with ONE browser window open and no other apps or documents open. What a waste.

Very good replacement for the battery, but you have to calibrate it with time and calm
The battery came well protected in the packaging and also came with tools which was all I needed to install it; I didn't even have to take out my own screwdrivers. The plastic tool was ideal for opening the notebook casing without leaving any marks on it.In short, I had no problems with the installation, following the instructions in the manual. However, it was not so easy to calibrate, because although the manual explained it well: let it discharge to 5% and then connect the charger so that it reaches 100%. Repeat this three or four times. As I was using the computer for work, it was quite inconvenient to have to keep connecting and disconnecting the charger while the computer was turning on and off, and I had to save and reopen the documents I was working on.I think what I learned from all this is that you have to do this calibration process when you have free time and you're not in a hurry.
