Initially in my review, I stated:"These are nice bands, but they could be better. First, I don't find them strong enough. I'm a small woman in my mid-60's, yet these have too little resistance for me to find them totally satisfactory. I wish they had more resistance...substantially more, especially since I'm using them with my legs, which is far stronger than my arms. Second, wish these bands were quite a bit wider. I also have the Tumaz Booty Bands, which are much shorter for different exercises, and I LOVE how wide they are. The wide bands are far more comfortable to use. They simply don't have the long bands like the Gymbee Long Resistance Bands. And I do like the long bands for many exercises."Now I’m updating my review and I'm changing both of my complaints after working with them and doing more study on resistance bands. I've learned how to increase the resistance by holding the bands differently, which means the bands are great for people of varying strengths and for varying types of exercises. Further, for the type of exercises done with these bands, I realize now I wouldn't want wide bands. So, frankly, disregard my blather above.I also previously stated in my initial review:"Also, nitpicking, I love the Tumaz bands colors! It makes working out much more fun when the bands are vibrant purple and violet vs black and gray."I hold to that statement, but I’m not decreasing a star because of it. I would much prefer having an option of colors, because black and gray simply do not make me happy, nor make me want to work out.So, over all, these are quality bands and they are comfortable to use. They have not, so far, stretched out or frayed at all and do look brand new.

These long exercise bands are fantastic! They are thick and very well made. I have been exercising at home with minimal equipment and have been getting a good workout using them. Customer service efficiently helped me with a problem. Great product from a great company.

Grab these bands! I am so happy I did! As a mom to six children I need ease of use while being functional and durable. These bands meet all my needs as it includes wonderful and quick exercises that target the different areas that I want to work on. A wonderful and breathable bag to store the bands in, as well as quality material that makes everything soft to the touch, yet will last a long time.. I plan to grab another set as my teen daughter, who is a gymnasts, loves to use them just as much as I do.

The media could not be loaded. Very secure stitching. Good tension and no loss of tension after months of use. Quality bag too.

I like the various exercises you can do or come up with using them. They can be addictive. I take them everywhere with me.

Have had bands for about a month and use them every day. Holding up so far and return to bought size. Followed the recommendations of setting them out for a while before using. Come with a mini card that has workout circuit and demonstrated pictures on the back. Have increased my strength and endurance using these.

These bands were suggested by my coach. I use them daily for my home workouts and at the gym.
