This was the first pipe I bought when taking up pipe smoking. Yes it isn't a Savinelli or a Peterson but it gives a lovely smoke, well made and takes a 9mm filter. I love this little pipe and still use it regularly as much of my now e more expensive ones. 5*

Sometimes you encounter an item which just does what it should. It looks good, feels good in the hand (quite weighty for its size). It retains heat very well, without transfering it to the outer surface and draws like a dream.I have quite a few pipes, and frankly its the cheaper chinese ones I prefer most. These do appear to be handmade, as each is engraved with the Makers name and month of manufacture. The bowl and stem fit together perfectly. The stem fits a 9mm filter snugly, and is easy to clean. The only possible drawback I could find is that the bowl is a tad small. This is not a suprise as is clearly stated in the description.Buy it, its great ( i have two from this manufacturer and they are both as good as each other). I had to buy the second pipe from elsewhere as Amazon did not stock the model I wanted. So take note Jeff, stock a larger range of these, because frankly they are blooming great, and far better than many pipes which cost a great deal more money than them!!!

Non standard uk size filters required .....

I almost never write reviews for products, but the craftmanship, care, attention, and extras you get at this price point is insane. A plethora of goodies that any new pipe smoker would need, plus replacements for when smoke filters, screens, cleaners etc. run out. All for £20? You would expect cheap materials or some corner-cutting, but there is absolutely none - everything is well made and the amount of extras in amazing. Highly recommend.

Bought this for my father. For xmas. He needed a new one. Excellent quality. Delivered on time.

I have given this 3 stars simply because I have yet to smoke using this pipe. However I am really impressed with the amount of extra equipment contained in the box, seven various tools and a little pipe stand. That has never happened in the years I have purchased a Peterson pipe. I have always used Peterson pipes, could never fault them, but their cost now is horrendous. Will perhaps update this following the pipe being "put into action".

Barrel was too hot to handle had to bin it I wouldn't recommend you to buy this product

Bought this to get me into pipe smoking.For the price it's OK. Think it's made off pear wood or something similar. Smokes OK for a new pipe,but needs to cake up a bit ,as the bowl does get quite hot .but you have to take into account that its not a quality brier. But still a great affordable straight billard .
