Perfect fit for purpose
The cross cutting shredser works well and it is easy to dislodge papers if there is a paper jam. Usually the person putting in too many papers, not the machine.

Works perfectly
It says it can cope with up to 8 sheets. It works, but struggles with it. You are better off shredding up to 4 sheets at once.

Definitely quieter than my old scredder
Nice smooth operation and as long as you read the instructions it should last for a long time..relatively quiet compered to my old scredder..which frankly was so noisy that it made me anxious. The important thing to remember is to give the machine a break for 20seconds per batch and you will get more shredded in the long run. Don't scred continously .

Spedito con la spina Inglese
Ottimo prodotto ma spedito con spina Inglese quindi non europea.Alla richiesta di reso mi è arrivato il modulo di reso a mie spese 45 euro.Quindi sono stato costretto a prendere mio malgrado un adattatore.Non capisco perché il reso per colpa del fornitore non sia già previsto gratuito su Amazon.Per giunta ho dovuto perdere temo in coda alle poste.

Solid machine
Good quality but my gripes are:the operating buttons require a very firm press and there is no auto start when you feed paper, if machine has gone to sleep. The start button must be pressed ( very firmly) again.The paper collection box is so opaque that you cannot see how much paper is there. The machine will auto stop however when full.My previous Rexel had a slide in/out paper box to make it easy to empty, this model requires the (heavy) motor assembly top to be lifted off completely to empty the paper box on which it sits. Just not as user friendly as before.Still a good machine but maybe not for anyone with physical challenges?
